Club Financial Services - Gippsland is a family owned and operated franchise which originated as The Mortgage Bureau in 2001. Since then our business has grown from a one person home based business to employing 2 loan writers and 3 administration staff, housed in professional premises in the Traralgon CBD in the Latrobe Valley, in Gippsland.
Our growth philosophy is simple -- to provide exemplary service to all our customers and to build lasting relationships with those customers. Performing above client expectations has been integral to our growth. In the past 12 months 89.00% of our business came from repeat business and direct referral from our existing customers and business associates.
